Viz to Replace Sailor Moon R Disc With Audio Sync Issue

North American anime distributor Viz Media confirmed with ANN on Friday that it discovered an audio syncing issue in episode 80 on disc 2 of its Sailor Moon R Season 2 Set 2. Viz said it is working on a replacement solution, and will announce details as soon as possible.
The company provided ANN with the following statement:
We discovered an audio-visual issue with our recent release of SAILOR MOON Season 2 Set 2, located in episode 80, on disc #2 of both the Blu-ray/DVD combo and standard DVD editions. The issue does not affect the rest of the set.We, along with legions of SAILOR MOON fans, were excited to see the latest adventures of the Sailor Guardians. We are deeply sorry for the issue.
We are working on a replacement solution for fans who have already purchased the set, and details will be announced as soon as possible.
The company added in the statement that it will post updates about the situation on its official website, Facebook page, and Twitter accounts.
Viz shipped the set in a Blu-ray Disc/DVD combo edition and a standalone DVD edition on October 27.
