Indonesian Film Censorship Board Lists Live-Action Terraformars Film

The Indonesian Film Censorship Board registered the live-action film of Kenichi Tachibana and Yū Sasuga's science-fiction manga Terraformars on Monday. The entry indicates that PT. Media Mitra Layar Lebar applied for the registration.

Terraformars opened on 327 screens in Japan on April 29. The film earned 150,636,500 yen (about US$1.4 million) and sold 128,730 tickets to rank #7 in its opening weekend.

Takashi Miike (live-action films of Ichi the Killer, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Yatterman, As the Gods Will, Crows Zero, Mogura no Uta) directed the film, and Kazuki Nakashima (Gurren Lagann, Kill la Kill) wrote the screenplay.
