Plot Summary: In the turn of the 20th century, a stellar parasite called "Fog Mother" begins its millennial hatching of its brood to infest the planet Earth. However, a sacrifice is required for Fog Mother to fulfill its ritual. Environmental photographer Kouji Segawa's sister is abducted and he is left for dead by Fog Mother's underlings, but mysterious beings known as "Earth Spirits" resurrect him into the warrior Kamen Rider J. With his newly-acquired powers, Kouji must race against time to save his sister and prevent Fog Mother from destroying all life on Earth.
