Unknown to many fans, Doozy Bots was Sunrise's first attempt at introducing the Gundam franchise to the United States, using Mobile Suits based on the SD Gundam series. It was slated for release in the Fall of 1991, but was never picked up. To date, only the trailer for this title exists and has been posted online at various web sites.
