Plot Summary:
Hiroshi Ibuki is a geologist who is assigned to a drilling expedition in deep waters. The mission is to uncover the mystery of the planet. During the expedition he instead unearths an undiscovered colony of luminescent bacteria. The bacteria proves to be a menace towards humanity as it tries to set out to adapt in the the world above.
