In the title sequence, you can see several parisian landmarks, including Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame. You also see the Mannequin Piss which is in Brussels, Belgium.
In the middle of the first episode, as Chiaki and Nodame walk home after dinner, Chiaki is humming the opening theme from the live-action version of Nodame Cantabile.
In the latter part of episode 1 as Frank and Nodame watch TV, you see a poster of Nodame's mongoose costume from season 1 in the background.
In the middle of the last episode, as Chiaki and Nodame take a walk at night, a piano instrumental of Allegro Cantabile, the first season's opening song is playing in the background.
In ep 1 at !4:01 it is shown that Frank as a Shakugan no Shana figurine in his room.
The chibi anime character on Frank's shirt in episode 1 is Shana from "Shakugan no Shana". A figurine of her is also on Frank's desk later on in the episode.
In episode 8 at about 2:25, the image of Chiaki sitting half naked with a towel on his head and the things that Kuroki tells him while he is in that positiion is a parody of the finale of the famous manga "Ashita no Joe".
