 Image a lunchbox shaped device that controls the world's most powerful robot, owned by a young bot named Jimmy Sparks. This robot can unleash immense power, and fly around the world effortlessly. These episodes are presented in exactly the same format that they originally aired.

SIDE ONE
1. Struggle at the South Pole
 Upon a request fro, the United Nations, Jimmy Sparks, Bob Brilliant, Dick Strong, Inspector Blooper and Gigantor hurry to the South Pole, where several Antarctic bases have been attacked by unknown enemies. Arriving in the Antarctic, Gigantor is covered with a large spray of scalding water which immediately turns to ice, enveloping him.
 Dr. Katzmeow, the leader of the enemy forces, known of Gigantor's condition, gives Jimmy Sparks 24 hours to surrender.

2. Battle at the Bottom of the World
 In Antarctica, Dr. Katzmeow, the man who plans to take over the world, captures Gigantor and proceeds to fashion his own robot, Flip Q.
 United Nations forces, sent in to help the battle against Katzmeow, are attacked by submarines from an unknown enemy base. Jimmy Sparks, Inspector Blooper, Dick Strong and Bob Brilliant, aiding in the search, fail to locate the base.
 A fierce battle ensues between Flip Q and Gigantor.

SIDE TWO
3. Sting of the Spider
 Reeny, daughter of the famous Dr. Emeritus, had been entrusted with taking her father's invention, the Super-Elex, to Bob Brilliant, Inspector Blooper, Dick Strong and Jimmy Sparks.
 Bob Brilliant demonstrates the device to the others, explaining that this tiny box generates a hundred thousand volts of electricity. He cautions that Spider will stop at nothing to get hold of this invention which can perform miracles and would be a terrible destructive force in the hands of the enemy.

4. Return of the Spider
 Jimmy Sparks, Inspector Blooper and Bob Brilliant receive an urgent message from Dick Strong - Captain Spider escaped from Snake Island and returned to Polyvania. There he seized the Royal Palace and imprisoned the King and Queen.
 Dick Strong volunteers for special duty in Spider's headquarters. He finds that Dr. Emeritus, the inventor of the Super-Elex, is being held prisoner.
