The year is 2060, and Dorothy Gale and her mutant dog Talk-Talk have just been swept away from their home planet of New Kansas to a strange galaxy: Oz! The classic tale of the magical world is retold in this beautifully-animated retelling.

Dorothy's arrival inadvertently halts an impending attack from the evil witch Gloomhilda, who wants to take control of the galaxy. Knowing she will attack again, the good Dr. Oz recruits Dorothy to obtain three magical crystals to help him stop Gloomhilda from getting what she wants.

Dorothy sets out with a very unlikely band of heroes to scour the galaxy for the crystals. Little do they know that Gloomhilda is also after the crystals, and Dorothy is now in a race against time to get the super-powerful crystals before the evil witch does.
