Black Rock Shooter TV Anime Retains Video Voice Cast

The official website for the Black Rock Shooter television anime series held a grand opening on Wednesday, and it confirmed that the voice cast from the earlier Black Rock Shooter video anime is returning for the new project:

Kana Hanazawa as Mato Kuroi 
Kana Asumi as Yū Kōtari
Miyuki Sawashiro as Yomi Takanashi 

The video's original character designer huke, director Shinobu Yoshioka, and the anime studio Ordet are also returning for the television series. Joining them are CG battle director Hiroyuki Imaishi, series script editor/scriptwriter Mari Okada, chief animation director/animation character designer Yusuke Yoshigaki, and the computer animators at SANZIGEN.

The television series will premiere in Fuji TV's Noitamina timeslot next January.
