Mamoru Oshii's Full Live-Action Steel Battalion Trailer Posted

The Machinima website began streaming the full 167-second trailer directed by Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell, The Sky Crawlers, Avalon) for CAPCOM's Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor (Jū-Tekki) game, after an introduction by Oshii:
Oshii filmed the trailer on location in Poland to allow viewers to experience the realistic environment and weapons of the mecha simulation action game.
The game serves as a sequel to CAPCOM's Steel Battalion (Tekki) game franchise. However, unlike the previous Steel Battalion entries, From Software (Armored Core) is developing the game. It is also CAPCOM's first title that is compatible with the Kinect "controller-free" 3D device for the Xbox 360 game console, instead of the previous games' exclusive controller.
CAPCOM will release the game for the Xbox 360 on June 19 in North America, on June 21 in Japan, and on June 22 in Europe.
