Mel Kishida Designs Costumes For Idol Cafe

Illustrator and Nagoya native Mel Kishida, original character designer for works like Hana-Saku Iroha and Red Data Girl, has recently turned his artistic eye to designing costumes. He was recently tagged to create outfits for Carnival ☆ Stars, an idol cafe and bar located in Nagoya's Osu neighborhood.
