Kadokawa issued a recall for the sixth volume of Fate/Extra, ensuring readers that, no, the extra finger on Saber's hand wasn't some cheeky reference to the title or the volume number.

Any issues left on newsstands will be replaced, and those who have already purchased it can send in their covers for a replacement. Or, you could just keep it because it's hilarious.

The manga adapts Type-Moon's Fate/Extra PlayStation Portable dungeon role-playing game. It launched in Comptiq in 2011.
