Doremi Voice Actress Nami Miyahara Welcomes Baby Boy

40-year-old voice actress and singer Nami Miyahara announced on July 29 that she gave birth to a healthy baby boy. The news was announced on the official website for the 20th anniversary of the Ojamajo Doremi anime series.
Miyahara said her son is drinking milk about every three hours and the experience is amazing. She plans to eventually return to work and see her fans at events. The Doremi event staff noted that Miyahara has no plans to appear at the 20th anniversary event in Sendai on August 31.
Miyahara voiced Momoko Asuka in the Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi anime series and film. She's also the voice of Lyuze in Casshern Sins, Miyako Goutokuji/Rolling Bubbles in Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z, and Akari Tsukumo in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal.
