Berzerk Manga Licenced in U.S.

According to an e-mail received by Fanboy Entertainment from an agent representing the Japanese Publisher of the Berzerk Manga, Hakusensha Publishing, the Berzerk Manga has been licenced to a U.S. publisher for publication in English.
C.B. Cebulski of Fanboy assumes that the licence went to Viz Entertainment group, one of the other two U.S. publishers that had previously show interest in Berzerk, C.B. makes no mention of who the other possible licencee is.
Urban Vision is in negotiations for the rights to the Berzerk Anime, however they have been having some difficulties completing the negotiations and are not able to confirm when, and if they will be releasing the Anime.
