Pilot Candidate Dubtitle?

Anime on DVD has received a preview copy of Pilot Candidate Vol. #1 . They report "We received our review copy of today, and while giving it a checkout while checking email, there's some oddities about this release. The first is that the dub was done by Mix Magic Studios, Inc. in Hollywood CA, so this is a new studio doing it. Curiously, the section listing this on the video is listed as "Voiseover". Also worth noting is that Bandai Entertainment did not produce this show, but just the DVD side of it with what they were given. Bandai Visual of Japan is handling this show apparently. So what's that mean? Looks like dubtitles folks. Word for word throughout most of the first episode that I saw. "
