Top Selling Anime in the Nation

In Billboard's list of top VHS video sales for last week (to be published in the November 11^th issue of Billboard) the edited versions Dragon Ball Z "Showdown" and "Dark Prince Returns" remain in the list is positions 27 and 36 respectively, down somewhat from last week, while the unedited version of Showdown and Pokémon 3 - The Movie have fallen right off the list. That's a pretty long fall for Pikachu who probably felt pretty secure as the 8^th top selling VHS tape in the nation last week.

Once again this week there are no other Anime in the Top 40 video sales, top 25 DVD sales or top 25 kids video sales.

Meanwhile over at Amazon.com there is a bit of Anime in their "Hot 100 DVDs" list. Robotech - Masters - Legacy Collection 4 and Ah! My Goddess: The Movie make it into the list at positions 83 and 86 respectively.
