University Manga Magazine

Starting the month, Koike Shoin is publishing a quarterly magazine called Osaka Geijutsu Daigaku Daigaku Manga. The magazine is put together by the Osaka University of Arts, from which many manga artists have graduated. The first issue includes Katte Na Yatsura, Rumiko Takahashi's debut manga and the prototype for what would eventually become Urusei Yatsura.
