Kyo no Gononi's Release Date, Staff, Cast Announced (Updated)

The official Japanese website for the television anime version of Coharu Sakuraba's Kyo no Gononi school comedy manga has opened with its premiere date as well as staff and cast lists. The "light ecchi" story about fifth grader Ryōta Satō, his childhood friend Chika Koizumi, and the rest of their school's Class 5-2 will premiere on October 5 in Japan. While Makoto Sokuza will direct the project as he did for the earlier video series, everyone else in the main staff and cast are different. Takamitsu Kouno is supervising the scripts, while Sunao Chikaoka is designing the characters that XEBEC will animate. Yū Kobayashi will lead a cast that includes Asami Shimoda, Mako, Satomi Akesaka, Youko Honda, Kana Asumi, Megumi Yamato, and Ayahi Takagaki.
