Primastea's muscle training led by 16-year-old girl turned anime character

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: The Japanese production company Primastea is offering a exercise anime video called Isshoni Training (Training with Hinako) on April 24. In what Primastea describes as the "first muscle training animation ever," a 16-year-old girl named Hinako leads exercises in push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Hinako was once a human, but she was turned into an anime character when she was a second-year middle-school student.

Iku Suzuki (DearS, Happy Lesson, Maze) directs this video that was planned, written, and produced by Muneshige Nakagawa. Ryoko Amisaki (Sumomomo Momomo) designed the characters and oversaw the animation production at Studio Hibari. Lisa Rec's Raito (Cutie Honey the Live, Zettai Shōgeki - Platonic Heart's Masaru Kuba) composed the music.
