Young Gangan to Reveal Project with Mizushima, Gainax (Updated)

This year's 11th issue of Square Enix's Young Gangan seinen manga magazine includes an advertisement for an "important" project announcement that will be made in the next issue on May 28. According to the issue which ships on Friday, the project under development involves Young Gangan, acclaimed director Seiji Mizushima (first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, Mobile Suit Gundam 00), and the veteran production studio Gainax (Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann).
The same 11th issue also reveals the title and story outline of the previously announced new manga by Yuki Azuma, the author of Hiiragi Shōgakkō Renai Club, Mama wa Dōkyūsei, Cheer up!, and Dark Blue. The be our guest "heartful cooking story" will center around a terrible cook named Karin and her longtime childhood friend named Reiji, who happens to be a great cook.
