Nana Mizuki Voices Japanese Windows 7 Premium Character

Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: The Japanese premium set of the Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition operating system will include original wallpaper and an event sound set based on a character named Nanami Madobe — as voiced by actress Nana Mizuki (Naruto). The character is aimed at owners of build-it-yourself custom personal computers. The pre-orders for the October 22 launch of the premium set start on Friday. The set also includes a remote control for the Windows Media Center software by the hardware manufacturer I-O Data. The name "Nanami Madobe" can be interpreted as a wordplay on Nana Mizuki's name and the Japanese word madobe ("by the window").
