Studio Puyukai's YouTube channel began streaming the first 12-minute episode of Agukaru, a project that tells the story of the agricultural culture in the central east Japanese prefecture of Ibaraki, on Friday. "Barakashi-chan Sanjō!!" centers around Sanae Baraki, a daughter of a farming family who transforms into an "Agricultural Angel" named Baraki-chan.

The Japanese television channel Animax began streaming a new commercial for Madhouse's anime adaptation of Marvel's Iron Man character on Friday. Animax's website also has interviews with actor Dante Carver and Iron Man Anime director Yūzō Satō (Kaiji, BioHunter, One Outs). Prolific comic writer Warren Ellis provided the story, and Takahiro Umehara (Tenjho Tenge, Claymore, One Outs) is designing the characters. The cast includes Keiji Fujiwara (Tony Stark), Hiroe Oka (Pepper Potts), Unshou Ishizuka (Defense Minister Kuroda), Takako Honda (Tanaka), and Shizuka Itou (Nanami Ōta).

The 12-episode series will have its world television premiere on Animax on October 1, and it will then run on the American network G4 next year.

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Tsukasa Fushimi's Ore no Imōto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai (Oreimo) comedy light novel series has begun streaming a new "special edition" commercial on Tuesday. The new commercial is a re-edited version of the previously presented 30-second commercial.

The story follows the daily life of an ordinary high school boy named Kyōsuke Kōsaka. Kyōsuke's younger sister Kirino is a pretty fashion model — but also a secret otaku of adult games. Kyōsuke is the only person to whom Kirino reveals her hidden obsession and other issues. The series will premiere in Japan on October 3.

The official website for Takeshi Koike and MADHOUSE's Redline anime film has begun streaming one 15-second commercial and two 30-second television commercials on Tuesday. (In the linked page, select the "Trailer" menu option.) The film, which follows the deadliest car race in known space, will open in Japan on October 9 after advance screenings at international film festivals. Koike (The Animatrix's "World Record") is collaborating with writer Katsuhito Ishii (Piroppo, Trava) on this project. Leading the cast are SMAP's Takuya Kimura (Howl's Moving Castle, live-action Space Battleship Yamato), Tadanobu Asano (Ichi the Killer, Tokyo Zombie), and Yū Aoi (Honey and Clover, Tekkonkinkreet).

Manga Entertainment will be releasing the film in North America. The Fantastic Fest will hold the North American premiere of the film on September 23 and September 29 in Austin, Texas. The film will also play at the NEW PEOPLE Entertainment center's Viz Cinema in San Francisco's Japantown next month.
