Norageki Short OVA's Staff, Cast Listed

The official website for Anime Fes. "VS," a series of theatrical screenings for Bandai Visual's latest original video anime (OVA) projects, has revealed that the staff and cast for the original short OVA project Norageki! Bandai Visual had already revealed the existence and premiere date (January 22, 2011) of this prison escape story in September.
The story is set in a certain isolated prison with a seemingly honest and good young man, a sensual woman, a former military middle-aged man, a seemingly young female otaku, a mysterious old man, and a cat. One day, a sudden power outage opens the locks and everyone is mysteriously set free from their cells. However, all of the guards are missing, and the prisoners cannot find any exits. While the old man performs a bizarre act, an unusual phenomenon befalls the prison and the prisoners within.
Hiroaki Ando (Digital Juice, Steamboy & Tekkonkinkreet CGI director) is directing the animators at Sunrise with writer Dai Sato (Freedom, Eureka Seven). Masaru Gotsubo (Shounen Tantei Inugami Geru, Samurai Champloo manga) and Kimitoshi Yamane (Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop) are responsible for the character and mechanic designs, respectively. Masayuki Ōkubo and Yūsuke Takeda (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo) are overseeing the CG and art, respectively. Masanori Tsuchiya (Halo Legends' "Homecoming") is directing the sound, and Yuji Tone (Koisento) is directing the photography.
The cast includes Miyu Irino (Kōseinen, "Good Young Man"), Takako Honda (Ii Onna, "Good Woman"), Kazuma Mori (Chūnen Otoko, "Middle-Aged Man"), Meg (Ota-Onna, "Female Otaku"), and Seizo Katou (Rōjin, "Old Man").
