Japan's Animation TV Ranking, January 3-9

Spirited Away, Aji Ichi Monme, Tsuri Baka, Pokémon, Inazuma, Precure, Mainichi Kaa-san on top 10 charts

Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away film re-aired on January 7 at 9:00 p.m, and it earned a 16.5 rating as the #2 movie of the week.

The latest live-action television adaptation of ZENTA Abe and Yoshimi Kurata's Aji Ichi Monme aired on January 8 at 9:00 p.m. with a 15.5 rating.

Tsuri Baka Nisshi 20: Final (Free and Easy 20: Final), the last live-action film based on Juzo Yamasaki's Tsuri Baka Nisshi ("Diary of a Fishing Fool") manga, garnered a 10.0 rating when it aired at 9:00 p.m. on January 9.

Tomoyuki Takimoto's live-action film version of Motorō Mase's Ikigami: The Ultimate Limit suspense manga ran on January 4 at 12:20 a.m. with a 2.7 rating.
