Noitamina Garners Timeslot's Lowest Rating to Date

Producer Yamamoto accepts responsibility for Fractale, Wandering Son's ratings despite quake

Producer Kōji Yamamoto confirmed on his Twitter account on Friday that Fuji TV's late-night Noitamina timeslot has received its lowest ratings to date. However, he emphasized it has nothing to do with the quality of the current works (Fractale and Wandering Son). Although he acknowledged the timing of the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake (Higashi Nihon Daishinsai) disaster and other matters, he accepted responsibility for the low ratings as a producer.

Yamamoto also confirmed that Fractale and Wandering Son will air their final episodes next week in Tokyo's Kanto area before "passing the baton" to the seventh year of Noitamina programming in April. The 11th and final television episode of Wandering Son is actually the 12th full episode, since this week's television episode was an edited compilation of the anime's 10th and 11th episodes.
