Hayate Film DVD Slated for December 16 with Manga #31

A special edition of the 31st compiled volume of Kenjirō Hata's Hayate the Combat Butler manga will bundle the DVD for the Hayate the Combat Butler! Heaven Is a Place on Earth anime movie. The 31st manga volume of the comedy series will ship in Japan on December 16, and the DVD-bundled special edition will retail at 2,980 yen (about US$40).
The Hayate the Combat Butler! Heaven Is a Place on Earth movie began its theater run with the Negima film in Japan on August 27. The "99th" Hayate manga volume, which was distributed at the films' screenings, already announced in August that production on a new anime had been green-lit. As of October, the staff have not yet announced whether the new anime will be on video, television, or another medium.
