Type-Moon's Carnival Phantasm Ad with Neco Arc Chaos Posted

Type-Moon's official website for its Carnival Phantasm anime project began streaming a 30-second neco Arc Chaos television commercial off YouTube on Friday. While the commercial focuses on the first "season," it also notes that the Blu-ray Disc release of the project's second installment can be pre-ordered before its release next Friday.
The anime adapts an anthology of Type-Moon manga short stories by Kannagi creator Eri Takenashi to celebrate Type-Moon's 10th anniversary. Seiji Kishi (Angel Beats!, My Bride is a Mermaid) is directing this anime at Lerche with scripts by Makoto Uezu (Is This a Zombie?, My Bride is a Mermaid, Tayutama - Kiss on My Deity-).
The Blu-ray Disc of the "1st Season" shipped in Japan on August 14. Carnival Phantasm's third installment is planned for the end of December. The limited-edition Blu-ray Disc of the third installment will ship with the personal computer game Melty Blood: Actress Again Current Code ver. 1.07, which is the latest revision of the popular Japanese fighting game that pits characters from Tsukihime against each other. A special edition of the Take Moon: Takenashi Eri Type-Moon Sakuhin-shū anthology will bundle an all-new, bonus anime extra of Carnival Phantasm on DVD on November 26.
