Fairy Tail Film's Staff Listed

The November 15 issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine revealed the main staff for next year's film adaptation of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail manga. Masaya Fujimori (You Are Umasou) will direct the production and Masashi Sogo (Fairy Tail, Bleach, Rurouni Kenshin) will write the screenplay. Mashima will be in charge of story planning and visual design and serve as guest character designer. The Fairy Tail film will open on August 18 in Japan.
The manga and the ongoing television anime follow the adventures of world's most notorious mage guild, Fairy Tail. In addition to the television series, three original anime DVDs have been bundled or will be bundled with the manga.
