posted on by Jon Hayward
Madman Entertainment has concluded their poll for the top twenty anime titles. Neon Genesis Evangelion declared to be their number one title.

Madman Entertainment has just finished their countdown of the top twenty madman anime titles. The initial poll was run over several weeks over facebook allowing users to vote and comment on their favourite series, also allowing any anime title to be entered for consideration as a wild card. Once the polling had finished both the voting and comments were taken into consideration and the final countdown has been published at the rate of one title a day during the week. The following is the completed countdown;

To go along with the countdown Madman has created a series of Anime Snacktime podcasts discussing the choices, you can download the podcasts from the Madman website here.

Facebook Likes have been included alongside the finished list to give a comparative view, they are not indicative of the final polling results as they are how many people like the anime getting that particular spot.

All the anime on this list are released by Madman Entertainment. None of the wild card entries made the list.
