Video: Princess Jellyfish DVD Trailer

Manga UK has streamed a 60-second subtitled trailer for the upcoming Princess Jellyfish DVD on youtube. The trailer describes the show as "Big Bang Theory with a dash of shojo" and confirms that the DVD will be a complete series set containing a Jellyfish plushie. The Amazon UK website (linked from a new Manga tweet about the series) continues to show the previously announced release date, September 3. Manga is distributing the series for Kazé UK.
Based on Akiko Higashimura's Kuragehime manga, the TV series revolves around a collection of female otaku living in an apartment complex. Their world is turned upside-down when protagonist Tsukimi, who is obsessed with jellyfish, befriends a man named Kuronosuke, a fashionable cross-dresser. Studio Brains Base adapted the manga into an anime which aired during Fuji TV's popular late-night Noitamina time slot.
