GTO's Fujisawa Ends Shibuya Hachikō-Mae Manga

The official website for ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Comic Japan digital manga magazine has confirmed that Tohru Fujisawa (GTO), Ryō Aoki, and Akitsugu Mizumoto's Shibuya Hachikō-Mae -another side- (In Front of Shibuya Station's Hachikō Exit -another side) manga ended in the magazine's October issue on Friday. Fujisawa and Aoki planned and wrote the story while Mizumoto handled the art. Mizumoto previously worked as an assistant on Fujisawa's Kamen Teacher manga.
The story centers around Aoyama, the #1 scout for girls who work at cabaret clubs in Tokyo's trendy Shibuya ward. Aoyama "roams the streets to find beautiful blooming flowers in the world" of Tokyo's nightlife.
Dengeki Comic Japan launched the series in November 2011. The series will be compiled into a single volume slated for release on September 15.
Fujisawa is currently penning Itoshi no Dutchoven Girl (My Dear Dutch Oven Girl) in Futabasha's Manga Action magazine, the Ino-Head Gargoyle manga in Kodansha's Young Magazine, and the GTO spin-off GT-R in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine.
Fujisawa is also collaborating on the Soul Reviver series with illustrator Manabu Akishige in Shogakukan's new Monthly Hero magazine.
