A-1 Pictures' Vividred Operation Anime's 3rd TV Ad Aired

A new 15-second commercial for Vividred Operation, the upcoming "original new animation project" collaboration between ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G's Magazine and Aniplex, aired during MBS' Animeism programming block on Friday in Japan.
The heroine of the "girl science-fiction action" anime will be a 14-year-old girl who lives with her little sister and grandfather and who lives an impoverished life in various ways. She and other 14-year-old girls fight to protect Earth and all that is precious to them.
As previously revealed, Kazuhiro Takamura will be handling the direction and character designs of the January television anime. Hiroyuki Yoshino (Macross Frontier, Guilty Crown) will be responsible for its scripts, and A-1 Pictures (The IDOLM@STER, anohana) will be handling the animation production. Hidari (Fractale, Natsu-iro Kiseki, Sasami-san@Ganbaranai) and supercell member redjuice (Guilty Crown) are contributing to the concept designs.
The main cast includes Ayane Sakura as Akane Isshiki, Rie Murakawa as Aoi Futaba, Yuka Ōtsubo as Wakaba Saegusa, Aya Uchida as Himawari Shinomiya, Maaya Uchida as Rei Kuroki, and Asuka Ōgame as Momo Isshiki.
