J-Stars Victory Vs. Game's Limited Edition to Have Original Anime Music

Namco Bandai Games will offer its J-Stars Victory Vs. "team battle action" video game in a limited "J Stars Victory VS Anison (Anime Song) Sound Edition." Customers who purchase this edition of J-Stars Victory Vs. can play the game with 21 anime theme songs as the background music. The songs will be the TV broadcast versions of the theme songs from the various anime titles represented in the game.

The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita game will be released on March 19. The regular edition of the PS3 version will cost 7,980 yen (about US$80), while the Anison (Anime Song) Sound Edition will cost 10,980 yen (US$110). The regular edition of the PS Vita version will cost 6,980 yen (US$70), while the Anison (Anime Song) Sound Edition will retail for 9,980 yen (US$100).

The 3D fighting game includes characters include Toriko (Toriko), Luffy (One Piece), Boa Hancock (One Piece), Goku (Dragon Ball Z), Naruto's title character, Rurouni Kenshin's Kenshin Himura, Gintama's Gintoki Sakata, Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo's Kankichi Ryotsu, Hunter x Hunter's Gon Freecss, Yū Yū Hakusho's Yūsuke Urameshi, and Medaka Box's Medaka. The rival characters Sasuke (Naruto Shippūden), Vegeta (Dragon Ball), Zebra (Toriko), Jaguar (Pyu to Fuku! Jaguar), and Tarō (Chinyūki -Tarō to Yukaina Nakama-tachi-) are also joining the roster.

Bleach's Rukia Kuchiki, Nisekoi's Chitoge Kirisaki, and To Love-Ru's Lala Satalin Deviluke will appear as support characters.
