The play is scheduled to open in June and will star Hiromi Sakamoto as Rin Okumura and Masahiro Inoue as Yukio Okumura. The rest of the cast includes:

The Ao no Homura Kakusei-hen play adapts the first arc of the manga, when twins Rin and Yukio are faced with Rin's sudden awakening as the son of Satan. The play will tell the story of the original manga up until the summer excursion.

The Kyōto Fujō-Ō-hen play begins when the "Left Eye of the Unclean King" is stolen from the academy. Yukio chases after the culprit, while Rin and the others look for the "Right Eye" that is sealed away in Kyoto.

Manga creator Kazue Katō helped with the screenplay, and Daisuke Nishida (Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Sengoku Basara stage plays) is directing the play. The play will run from June 21-29 and hold 12 performances at the Ikebukuro Sunshine Theater in Tokyo.
