The 35th issue of Kodansha's Young Magazine will announce Monday that Pupa manga creator Sayaka Mogi will start a new series on in Young Magazine the Third on September 5. The "sweetie-horror" manga is titled Nemureru Mori no Karon (Karon of the Sleeping Forest, pictured right).

Mogi's manga, Pupa, inspired an anime adaptation in January. Mogi published a bonus chapter for the Pupa horror manga in the February issue of Comic Earth Star magazine on January 12. The main story of "ultimate sibling love" ended on December 12. The story follows a girl named Yume Hasegawa who turns into a monster. Her big brother Utsutsu becomes her living food supply.

Mogi is also serializing the "'secondary sexual' psychological fantasy" Switch Witch in Akita Shoten's Young Champion magazine and Ao no Haha in Futabasha's Monthly Action magazine. The first volume of both series will ship on August 20.

Young Magazine also announced that artist Kazu Inabe is starting a new "classical music-battle" manga, Rock Me Amadeus, on September 5. Inabe also drew the zombie thriller Fort of Apocalypse in Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Rival magazine, but moved to DeNA's online Manga Box site after the publication went on hiatus. Crunchyroll is publishing the series digitally in English as it is released in Japan.
