American Power Ranger cast, Ultraman cast will also attend

Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger cast members Takumi Hashimoto, Reiko Chiba, and Yūta Mochizuki will attend the Lexington Comic & Toy Convention on March 13-15 at the Heritage Hall at the Lexington Convention Center in Kentucky. Hashimoto starred as Boi/Tiger Ranger, Chiba starred as Mei/Ptera Ranger, and Mochizuki starred as Geki/Tyranno Ranger.

Saban's Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and the subsequent Power Rangers series use recut footage from the Japanese Super Sentai franchise. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers primarily used footage from Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger. Shout! Factory licensed the original live-action sentai show for DVD release for the first time in North America. The DVD set is slated for release on February 17.

Power Rangers actors Austin St. John (original Red Ranger), Karan Ashley (second Yellow Ranger), Walter Jones (original Black Ranger), David Fielding (original Zordon), Catherine Sutherland (second Pink Ranger), Nakia Burrise (Power Rangers Zeo, Turbo), Robert Axelrod (voice of Lord Zedd), Paulie Schrier (Bulk), Jason Narvy (Skull), Barbara Goodson (voice of Rita Repulsa), Blake Foster (Power Rangers Turbo), and Kerrigan Mahan (voice of Goldar) are also guests at the convention.

Japanese Ultraman cast members Satoshi "Bin" Furuya and Hiroko Sakurai will also attend the convention. Furuya stared as the titular in the first Ultraman tokusatsu television series. Fuji starred opposite Furuya as Science Patrol officer Akiko Fuji.
