Super Sonico Anime's Full English Dub Cast Revealed

Sentai Filmworks revealed on Thursday the full cast for its upcoming English dub of SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation.
The full English voice cast includes:
- Monica Rial as Fuuri Watanuki
- Joanne Bonasso as Grandma
- Jay Hickman as Yasu
- Mark X Laskowski as Kuni
- John Swasey as Tomi
- Kira Vincent-Davis as Ouka
- Maggie Flecknoe as Sayaka
- Hilary Haag as Ena
Kyle Jones will serve as ADR Director for the English dub. John Gremillion, Allison Sumrall, Blake Shepard, Juliet Simmons, Margaret McDonald, Beth Lazarou, Molly Searcy, Meaghan Avocato, and Scott Gibbs will provide additional voices.
Previously announced cast members include professional cosplayer Jessica Nigri as Sonico, Luci Christian as Suzu Fujimi, and David Wald as Mr. Kitamura.

Saying Sonico is an incredibly busy young woman is an understatement. She juggles a modeling career, part-time work at her grandmother's bar, and performs lead vocals and guitar in an all-girl band all while attending college! Not to mention taking care of her five cats - or is that the other way around? When her workload gets a little too heavy, she can count on her fellow musicians Suzu and Furi and the rest of her friends for a stabilizing influence. Get ready for the bounciest adventure ever as this three girl band shakes, rattles, rolls and takes Tokyo by storm!
"Super Sonico," the mascot girl of the "Nitro Super Sonic" events held by Nitroplus, is credited with playing herself in the Japanese version and performing the opening theme song "Beat goes on!"
Sentai Filmworks plans to release the series on Blu-ray and DVD on May 26. The English dub premiered at Anime Matsuri in Houston, Texas on April 3.
