Best of Anime Convention to Host Starmarie as Musical Guest

The Best of Anime convention announced on its Facebook page on Friday that it will host the pop idol group Starmarie as a musical guest at this year's event.
Starmarie formed in 2008, consisting of the members Nozomi Kishita, Shino Takamori, Motoko Takane, Hiroka Matsuzaki, and Kaede Watanabe. The group performed the song "Mekurumeku Yūki," the fourth ending theme song of the Cardfight!! Vanguard G TV anime. The song first appeared in the anime's 37th episode on July 19. Starmarie released their latest album, "Fantasy World 3," on April 16, and released their latest single, "Net Auction Babies," on May 27. Starmarie first performed in the Philippines in Best of Anime 2013, and has recently performed their first solo concert in the country on June 7.
Other musical guests announced for the convention include UchuSentai:Noiz, Joe Inoue, and Eir Aoi. The convention will take place on September 19-20 at Function Hall 2-4 of the SMX Convention Center, Pasay.
