FLOW, Penguin Research to Perform Durarara!!×2 Ketsu TV Anime's Themes

The staff for the Durarara!!×2 Ketsu TV anime series announced at an event in Yokohama on Sunday that FLOW will perform the opening theme song "Steppin' Out" and Penguin Research will perform the ending theme song "Joker ni Yoroshiku" (Say Hello to Joker) for the series.
FLOW has also performed theme songs for Eureka Seven, EUREKA SEVEN AO, Naruto, Naruto Shippūden, Samurai Flamenco, Heroman, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Beelzebub, The Seven Deadly Sins, and both seasons of Code Geass. The group's single for "Steppin' Out" will ship on January 20.
Penguin Research is a five-member rock band that made its debut this year.
Durarara!!×2 Ketsu (Conclusion), the third part of the three-part Durarara!!×2 sequel TV anime series, will premiere in January 2016. The first part (Durarara!!×2 Shō or "understanding") premiered in January 2015 and ran for 12 episodes, and the second part (Durarara!!×2 Ten or "motion") premiered in July 2015 and ran for 12 episodes.
The sequel series is also inspiring the Durarara!!×2 Ten Gaiden!? video anime that will premiere in Japanese theaters on November 14.
Aniplex of America streamed the first two parts of the anime on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and the Aniplex Channel in Japanese with English subtitles and with an English dub. The company is releasing the first part of the sequel anime, Durarara!!×2 Shō, on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in two releases. The first release shipped on September 29 (with episodes 1-6) and the second release will ship on November 24 (with episodes 7-12 and the bonus 4.5 episode).
