Game ships with Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Izayoiki Aizōban on February 23

Koei Tecmo Games will release a full-voice remake of the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 PlayStation 2 game for PlayStation Vita. The release will include the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Izayoiki Aizōban fan disc remake, and the set is slated to ship on February 23, 2017.

The Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 Ultimate set will feature a full-voice version for both otome games. The release will remake the stills from the PSP release and bundle more than 40 new event stills. People who purchase the release will be able to download the "Shiki Oriori no Amai Episodes" that appeared after each character's ending of the game. For the first time, the set will offer DLC to play through the game with the popular character Fujiwara no Yasuhira.

The regular and downloadable versions of the game will cost 7,800 yen (about US$78), and the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 Ultimate Sono Te de Unmei wo Kaeru Box limited edition will cost 30,000 yen (US$299). Bonuses included with the limited-edition box will be a set of five drama CDs, set of 10 towels (one pictured below), "white dragon's imperial wrath" necklace, photo library, soundtrack CD, set of 10 deluxe metal badges, and collection of character designer Tooko Mizuno's illustrations.

A Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 Ultimate Treasure Box version will be available on the same day as the regular release for 13,800 (US$138). The set will bundle the photo library, soundtrack CD, badge set, and illustration compilation from the Sono Te de Unmei wo Kaeru Box.

People who preorder the Sono Te de Unmei wo Kaeru Box or Treasure Box by November 27 will receive the Fujiwara no Yasuhira (pictured below) route and ending that will not be included with the regular version. The character will be available at a later date as paid downloadable content for other players.

Animate will also offer sets of exclusive bonus items for people who order the game through the retail store chain.

KOEI originally released Ruby Party's Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 romance adventure game for PlayStation 2 in 2004. The game is the third title in the Haruka series and part of the Neo Romance label. The Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Izayoiki fan disc shipped for PS2 in 2005, followed by a PSP release in 2009. The related Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Unmei no Labyrinth game shipped for PS2 in 2006.

Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3 inspired the Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Owari Naki Unmei special in 2010. The earlier games in the series inspired the two-volume Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Ajisai Yumegatari video series in 2002 and three-volume Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 2: Shiroki Ryū no Miko video series in 2003.

These anime titles led to the 2004 Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time – A Tale of the Eight Guardians (Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Hachiyou Shou~) television series, which Bandai Visual USA released in North America. There was also a 2006 Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Maihitoyo movie and a 2007 Harukanaru Toki no Naka de 3: Kurenai no Tsuki television special.

Viz Media published Mizuno's Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time- manga in North America, which she ended in Japan in 2009.
