3rd Code Geass Recap Film Reveals Teaser Video, TV Ad, Visual

The official website for the Code Geass franchise began streaming a teaser video and commercial on Saturday for the third film of the Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion anime trilogy, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Ōdō (lit.: The Imperial Path, official English subtitle: Glorification). The film will open in Japan on May 26.
The site also revealed a new visual for the third film.
The first film in the compilation recap trilogy, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Kōdō (lit.: The Awakening Path, official English subtitle: Initiation), opened in Japan on October 21. The second film, Code Geass - Hangyaku no Lelouch - Handō (lit.: The Rebellion Path, official English subtitle: Transgression), opened in Japan on February 10.
The films will recap all 50 episodes of both Code Geass series. The cast are re-recording all their lines for the films, and the films will include new scenes.
The franchise is also planning a Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch sequel project. The English subtitle for the project is "Re;surrection."
