Dark Horse Licenses Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair Manga

Dark Horse Comics confirmed with ANN that it will release Kyōsuke Suga's Super Danganronpa 2 Chō-kōkō-kyū no Kōun to Kibō to Zetsubō manga under the title Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair. The first volume is slated for release in bookstores on September 5 and online on September 18.
Dark Horse already released Takashi Tsukimi's Danganronpa: The Animation manga. The company ran a "Despair Mail" column for fan submissions; fan contribution that it did not have space to publish in the first series will appear in the new Danganronpa manga.
Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair tells the story of the second Danganronpa game from Nagito Komaeda's point of view. Suga began the series on Mag Garden's website in 2012 and ended the series in 2016. The third and final compiled volume shipped in Japan in March 2017.
