R-Type Dimensions Compilation Shooter Game Launches for Switch in Winter

Promo video previews graphics, modes, new features
Tōzai Games announced on Wednesday that the R-Type Dimensions game will launch for PC via Steam in winter 2018. The company also began streaming a promotional video for the release.
The release's features will include both 2D and 3D graphics, reworked music, a new Infinite Mode, Co-op Mode, and Classic Mode. The game will also add slow-motion and fast-forward options, as well as online rankings.
The compilation of the R-Type and R-Type II arcade shooter games debuted for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2009. The remastered compilation then launched for PlayStation Network in 2014.
