Naohito Miyoshi launched manga in August 2015, Viz Media publishes series in English

The sixth volume of Naohito Miyoshi's manga adaptation of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V television anime series revealed on Thursday that the manga's story will "finally reach its climax" in the manga's seventh volume, which will ship in spring 2019. The sixth volume did not state if the seventh volume would be the manga's final volume.

Miyoshi launched the manga in Shueisha's V Jump magazine in August 2015. Viz Media is publishing the manga in its English version of Weekly Shonen Jump digitally. Viz Media began publishing the manga in print in April 2017, and will release the fourth volume on November 6.

Miyoshi previously drew a one-shot manga for Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V in V Jump in May 2014. The short also ran in Viz Media's digital English version of Shonen Jump.

The anime's story is set in Maiami City on the coast of Japan. Yūya is a second-year middle school student who loves to entertain people. Although he is small, he has been training his tough body and Action Duelist arms with weapons. His dream is to become an "Entertainment Duelist" who makes people smile. One day, Yūya ends up fighting an exhibition match with the current champion of Pro Duel world.

The anime premiered in April 2014 and ran for 148 episodes. The series premiered on TV in Canada in August 2015, and premiered in the United States on the Nicktoons channel in February 2016. Crunchyroll began streaming the anime in November 2016.
