Aniplex Establishes Rialto Entertainment Subsidiary for Video Content Production

Tadashi Ishibashi serves as representative director, Eiichi Kamagata serves as president
Aniplex announced on Thursday that it established a new wholly-owned subsidiary company named Rialto Entertainment on October 1. The new company aims to build an organization for independent video production, as well as handle license management of video content.
Aniplex deputy president Tadashi Ishibashi is the new subsidiary's representative director, while producer Eiichi Kamagata is the subsidiary's president.
Aniplex is a production company under Sony Music Entertainment. The company also owns the subsidiary anime production companies A-1 Pictures and CloverWorks. The latter only recently separated from A-1 Pictures as its subsidiary, and became a subsidiary under Aniplex.
