posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Kentarō Fukuda launched manga in Weekly Shonen Jump on Monday

Viz Media's Shonen Jump website and Shueisha's MANGA Plus site both added Kentarō Fukuda's new Double Taisei (Futari no Taisei) manga in English on Monday. The manga launched in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on the same day.

Shueisha describes the manga:

Genius shogi player Taisei amado has a secret...Kentarō Fukuda, the creator of Devilyman and Shinigiwa, brings his beautiful art to a shogi story that you won't be able to put down!

Kentarō Fukuda previously published the two-volume Devilyman manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2015. Viz Media published the first three chapters in English simultaneously with its Japanese release as part of the company's Jump Start initiative.

Double Taisei is the second of four new manga launching in four consecutive issues of Weekly Shonen Jump.
