Anonymous Noise's Ryoko Fukuyama Launches 2 New Manga in September

posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins

This year's 17th issue of Hakusensha's Hana to Yume magazine revealed on Monday that Ryoko Fukuyama will launch a new manga titled Koi ni Mudaguchi (Chatter About Love) in the magazine's 19th issue on September 5. The romantic comedy will center on a high school boy who is wasting his youth. The first chapter will have 36 pages including a color page, and the manga will feature on the cover of the 19th issue.

The same issue also announced that Fukuyama will also launch a manga in Hakusensha's new Young Animal Zero magazine in the magazine's inaugural issue on September 9. The manga is titled Kikenai Yoru wa Nai (The Unhearing Nights are Dead).

Fukuyama launched the Anonymous Noise manga in Hana to Yume in April 2013, and ended the series in January. Viz Media licensed the manga for North America.

A 12-episode television anime adaptation of the manga premiered in Japan in April 2017. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime and streamed it on Amazon's now-defunct Anime Strike service in the United States. Crunchyroll streamed the series outside of the United States. Sentai Filmworks released the series on home video with an English dub in June 2018, and HIDIVE began streaming the show's English dub in the same month.

A live-action film adaptation of the manga premiered in Japan in November 2017.
