New Magic Knight Rayearth and Fairy Tail Released Monday

On Monday August 24, Anime Limited will release the second volume of Magic Knight Rayearth as a Collector's Blu-ray. It includes episodes 28 to 49 of the 1994-5 TV series, as well as a bonus DVD disc which will carry the subsequent three-part OVA, Rayearth.
The set will include five art cards. On-disc extras include interviews with the English cast and crew, a Production Art gallery, storyboards, and and an English dub director commentary on the final TV episode, 49.
Anime Limited describes the volume (spoilers for the first volume):
"Following their epic adventure, Hikaru, Umi and Fuu have been reunited with their families at last... but their story is still far from over. Returning to their original meeting place at Tokyo Tower, the three girls once again find themselves transported to the magical world of Cephiro, where their abilities are called upon once again. With Princess Emeraude missing, the land is now under attack from three different nations, and only our intrepid trio of schoolgirls and their impressive powers stand in the way of catastrophe as Cephiro seeks a new Pillar to restore its balance."
Manga Entertainment will release Fairy Tail Collection 4 on Blu-ray, carrying episodes 73 to 96 of the series. Manga describes the volume:
"When an unstoppable force descends upon Magnolia and Fairy Tail, the entire town is transported to Edolas, a world where magic is in short supply. There, a power-hungry kingdom plans on draining the captured guild's magic. As Natsu and company search for their friends, they discover a parallel plane where a tough-as-nails Lucy runs a bizarro version of Fairy Tail and Erza is a ruthless enemy. Then Edolas' power-hungry monarch harnesses the power of the Dragon Slayers, igniting all-out war."
