Yostar Pictures Animates Guardian Tales Game's New Promo Video

Yostar Pictures and Kong Studios began streaming a promotional video on Friday for Kakao Games' Guardian Tales game for iOS and Android devices. Yostar Pictures animated the promo video, which has two versions: a Female Knight version narrated by the character's voice actress Natsumi Takamori and a Male Knight version with corresponding voice actor Yūki Ono as narrator.
Guardian Tales will launch in Japan on October 6. The game had a soft launch in Southeast Asia in February 2020, before launching globally in July 2020.
Game developer Yostar founded the Yostar Pictures animation studio last year. Yostar CEO Hengda Li is representative director of Yostar Pictures. Arch, a Tokyo-based company that assisted with the production of the Promare anime film, took part in establishing the studio, and is managing the studio.
The studio previously animated the "Holy Knight Light" anime video for Yostar's Arknights smartphone game.
