Netflix Streams Kotaro Lives Alone Anime in India

Netflix is listing the anime of Mami Tsumura's Kotarō wa Hitori Gurashi (Kotaro Lives Alone) manga for release in India on March 10.
The anime based on the "apartment comedy with laughs and tears" manga will debut on Netflix worldwide on the same day.
Netflix describes the story:
A lonely little boy moves into a ramshackle apartment building all on his own and makes friends with the broke manga artist who lives next door.
Tomoe Makino (Woodpecker Detective's Office) is directing the series at LIDEN FILMS. Tomomi Kimura (Kochoki) is designing the characters, and Hiroshi Satо̄ is in charge of story composition.
Rie Kugimiya will play Kotaro Satо̄, and Toshiki Masuda will play Shin Karino. Other cast members include Junichi Suwabe as Isamu Tamaru and Saori Hayami as Mizuki Akitomo.
Tsumura launched the manga in Big Comic Superior in 2015. The manga's eighth compiled book volume shipped in September 2021. The series has reached over 1.4 million copies in circulation.
The manga won an Electronic Manga Award in 2018.
The manga inspired a live-action series that debuted in April 2021.
